Liberty Organs was founded by Gary Cook in 2010 when he realised there was a need for a more local, and personal service. It then became a Limited company in 2015.
Based in the County Town of Trowbridge in Wiltshire, Liberty Organs Ltd cares for many instruments in the local area as well as adjoining counties.
At first Liberty Organs looked after four organs in the Wiltshire area. Over the past six years this service has expanded and we currently have eighty organs in our care. This expansion has been built on word of mouth recommendations and references. We take great pride in our scrupulous and professional approach, which has been much appreciated.
To help develop Liberty Organs Ltd into the company it is now, we have also offered a Sub Contract Service to other Organ Builders but we are also actively working on our own projects of restoration and rebuild.
We are proud of our accreditation by The Institute of British Organ Building in 2015 under the ” Tuning and Maintenance” category, which was then followed in 2022 by the “Cleaning and Overhaul” category, both of which are a significant professional recognition by the Institute.
